A particularly proud moment
One of Michael’s proudest moments was having his architectural illustration of the FIFA flagship store exhibited as part of the largest ever exhibition of architectural illustrations, shown in conjunction with the International Union of Architects (UIA) Conference, held in Tokyo, 2011.
The Visualizing Architectural Design Exhibition was organised by ASAI President, Masaaki Yamada, who had also invited SAI (UK), JARA (Japan), KAPA (Korea), PHAAR (Phillipines), Chrystal Graphics (China) to participate.
Out of numerous entries, only 15 were selected, with Michael Turski’s being one of them. Added to that, he was chosen as one a handful of entries that received a Juror’s Choice nod. The full comment by juror Christopher Grubbs.
